We assume that you have already registered with us and received
your personal login name and password. If not, please return
and then proceed with the online registration, otherwise continue
below.
To proceed with a reservation,
we will require the following information:
- You have pre-registered with us and have a login name and password.
If not, please return to this page.
- The size of room(s) by selecting the Room Number from the Floorplan
(you will be able to view this again during the reservation process).
- The start date - if it is for a half day then you only need
provide us with the date and am or pm slot - plus select the half
day button.
- For longer reservations, please provide us with the start and
end dates and in such cases we will asume that your need is for
full days only (contact us if this is not the case).
- You will be able to further select breakout or additional meeting
rooms. We will require the number of attendees per secondary room,
so that we can assist you in obtaining the correct facilities
should the online system be unable to allocate you a configuration
that does not suit your exact needs.
Finally, please call us should you be unable to secure a reservation
to meet your needs such as room size, commencement date or duration,
as we have other facilities that may be suitable.
