Prior to being able to make an online reservation, you will have had to register with us, so that we have all of your contact details for ongoing support of your bookings. This information will be regarded as confidential and will not be provided to others for any use whatsoever.

Having registered and received your confirmation email back with your registration details, you may logon again and proceed to make an online reservation. We thank you for your patience and assistance, noting that in the long run this approach will speed up your future reservations.

We will try our best to provide you with precisely what you have requested, but due to last minute needs of our clients, we may ask that you use a room larger than the one reserved - but at no additional cost to you.

Similarly, we would appreciate if can give us as much notice as possible of your catering and other requirements, so that we can guarantee their availability.

We require payment in full 21 days in advance (where possible) to confirm your reservation. We accept payment by cheque, all major credit cards and EFT.

Cancellation fees may apply:-
Single day reservations:
>14 days -- 1/3rd Fee
<14 but >7 days -- 2/3rd Fee
<7 days -- No refund

Reservations from 2 to 5 days:
>14 days -- 15% of Fee
<14 but >7 -- 1/3rd Fee
<2 days -- No refund

For reservations longer than 5 days, cancellation fees will be negoatiated individually
